Problem:
Performance teams were using inconsistent methodologies when choosing peers for school district performance projects.

Biggest Change:
Peer selection criteria has been narrowed down, with fewer decisions, and each criterion is back by a methodology.

Other Changes:
Team leaders have more flexibility in choosing peers by adjusting the weight of each criteria to match the specific situation of the client.

Benefits: Criteria for peer selection is narrowed down and better justified so that peer selection can be better explained to the client. Unnecessary steps in the process were removed, so it also takes less time to decide on peers, and so costs less for the client.
