Problem:
Develop a standardized statewide process to ensure a consistent and equitable process for onboarding individuals onto vocational rehabilitation caseloads.

Biggest Change: Fair and equitable distribution of cases to vocational rehabilitation counselor caseloads so that individuals with disabilities seeking services from OOD can be served in an equitable and timely manner to attain the employment goal outcomes.

Other Changes: Implementation of a business intelligence 'Healthy Caseload Dashboard' to assist staff and supervisors to monitor their caseloads. Balanced caseloads across all OOD teams, as pre-work to implementing the new case assignment process.
