Problem:
Extra inventory (ink cartridges, printers, etc.) were being ordered in bulk, for just-in-case situations, but not really needed. When it was time to use the items, they were outdated because the items were on the shelf for too long. 

Biggest Change: Any item requested must go through budget first if the item is not in warehouse inventory.

Other Changes: Centralized area for bulk items generally requested. No new color printers or desktop printers purchased for the next 2 years without special approval from Budget or HR.
