Change Management (CM) is a structured discipline to address the people side of change. Understanding CM allows project managers and teams to analyze the willingness and capacity of a stakeholder group to begin their transition to the future state and prepare them to accept and adopt the changes without loss of productivity and talent. This training is a high-level, basic overview of why and how state employees should integrate CM with continuous improvement methodologies to help sustain the changes we experience in state government.
