Meet the EIRs

  Alycia Taylor is the owner of Taylor Consulting Services, serving as a consultant, educator and mentor incorporating more than 15 years of expertise in program management, staff development, character building, social and emotional learning, and school climate. She has developed classes on student/teacher engagement, reading and study skills, writing, remedial education, and grant writing for the University of Akron, Ashland University, and several nonprofit organizations. She has trained hundreds of individuals and worked with several school districts and nonprofit agencies. Alycia also works with several federal agencies as a subject matter expert making funding recommendations on grant awards. Alycia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Taylor University and an MPA in Public Administration from the University of Akron.
  Ron Stokes is the CEO/President of Three Leaf Productions. The company was recently recognized by the Diversity Business Council as one of the top minority owned businesses in Ohio, and it was listed as one of the top 50 fastest growing privately held companies in central Ohio by Business First Magazine for five consecutive years. Ron plans and directs all aspects of the organization’s policies, objectives, and initiatives. He has over 20 years of experience in the printing and advertising business – and he’s also the on-air analyst for The Ohio State University Men’s Basketball radio network. Ron graduated from OSU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and is a member of the Ad Hoc Diversity Council of the Ohio High School Athletic Association.
  Sanjay Dudaney is the President of Halcyon Solutions and brings over 20 years of experience in management and information technology consulting services. He has worked with Accenture, Price Waterhouse, Covansys, Nationwide Insurance, and other companies in the areas of strategic planning, process reengineering, operational excellence, sales and marketing, software development, program management, and technology development. He is the Executive Mentor to the Technology Entrepreneurship and Commercialization (TEC) Institute at the Ohio State University’s Fisher Business College. He also is very active in the community and volunteers for several nonprofits, including delivering meals for LifeCare Alliance’s Meals on Wheels programs. Sanjay earned an Electrical Engineering degree from National Institute of Technology, India, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
